Is the home survey free?

Yes. Contact us to arrange a free home survey and discuss your flooring project. There is no obligation to proceed with a quote.

Who will fit my floor?

That depends on the fitting option you choose. We will explain who carries out the work and who to contact before you confirm your booking.

Who do I pay?

Payment arrangements depend on the fitting option. Your quote will set out the flooring and fitting costs and who they are payable to.

What if I have a concern after fitting?

Contact the TEKA team with the details and we will help you understand the next step for your installation.

Will you fit a floor I bought elsewhere?

For homes we fit floors supplied by TEKA. If your project is commercial, contact us with the product and job details so we can confirm whether fitting is possible.

How soon can you fit?

Lead times depend on the product, preparation needed and installer availability. Ask when you request your quote and we’ll confirm the current options.
