FIRED EARTH Marsa Sandblasted & Brushed 200 × 200 mm porcelain tile offers a beautifully textured, matt stone-effect surface achieved through sandblasting and brushing techniques, creating a contemporary yet subtly rustic feel. With soft sandy-grey tones and gentle tonal variation, it captures the weathered elegance of natural stone. Precision-engineered at 10 mm thickness with a tight ±1 mm edge tolerance and designed for neat 3 mm grout joints, it installs seamlessly on floors and walls, including kitchens, bathrooms, hearth surrounds (maintaining a 30 cm heat clearance), wet rooms, patios, and poolside zones. Fully frost-resistant, R10 slip-rated, under-floor heating compatible, and requiring no sealing, Marsa Sandblasted & Brushed 200 × 200 delivers low-maintenance durability with architectural character—perfect for adding depth and texture to both modern and traditional British interiors.
