FIRED EARTH Marsa Sandblasted & Brushed 400 × 400 mm porcelain tile showcases a refined stone-effect finish with a softly textured surface, created through precise sandblasting and brushing techniques for a natural, weathered look. Featuring gentle grey-beige tones with subtle variation, this versatile tile is crafted at 10 mm thickness with a ±1 mm dimensional tolerance and designed for clean 3 mm grout joints. Perfect for walls and floors in kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, hearth surrounds (allowing a 30 cm clearance), patios, and pool areas, it offers full frost resistance, R10 slip rating, underfloor heating compatibility, and requires no sealing. Marsa Sandblasted & Brushed 400 × 400 combines the understated elegance of natural stone with the low-maintenance, hardwearing benefits of premium porcelain—ideal for enhancing both modern and classic British interiors.
