Montique Windsor Forest Hand-Sanded Rowntree Engineered Wood Flooring is a premium engineered oak floor crafted to bring authentic character, classic styling, and durable everyday performance to British interiors. Showcasing rich brown oak tones, it offers a warm and sophisticated appearance that adds depth and natural charm to a wide range of interior styles, from traditional homes to contemporary living spaces. The surface features a Windsor Forest Hand-Sanded distressed finish, designed to accentuate the timber’s natural grain patterns and create a beautifully aged, timeworn look that gives each plank its own unique character. Protected with a durable UV lacquered finish, the floor benefits from a resilient, low-maintenance surface that enhances durability while preserving the wood’s textured and weathered appearance. Built with a stable engineered construction and suitable for installation over underfloor heating, Rowntree is an ideal choice for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and open-plan areas where a warm brown oak floor with handcrafted distressed detailing and timeless appeal is desired.
