How to choose your Fired Earth tiles
Porcelain or ceramic. Porcelain is denser, harder and fully suitable for floors and wet areas. Ceramic is excellent for walls and lighter use. Most Fired Earth porcelain and ceramic is water resistant and underfloor heating compatible.
Natural stone. Marble, limestone and slate bring genuine character but need sealing and a little more care. Ideal for a premium, characterful finish.
Tile variation. Fired Earth grades variation from slight to extreme. High variation gives a natural, characterful look where tiles differ from one to the next, worth knowing before you choose.
Room suitability. The majority of the porcelain and ceramic ranges suit bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchens and splashbacks, with anti slip options for floors. We will confirm suitability for your specific room.
