FIRED EARTH Edwardian Caledonian Acanthus Tile is a meticulously crafted glazed ceramic tile inspired by Leslie Green’s iconic Edwardian Underground station designs. Measuring 228 × 152 × 10 mm, its ornate acanthus-leaf motif was recreated using authentic moulds from early 20th‑century restoration projects, delivering heritage-rich character in stunning deep Caledonian green. With rectified edges for precise 3 mm grout lines and tight ±0.5–1 mm dimensional tolerances, it allows for crisp, period-accurate installation. Ideal for internal walls—kitchens, bathrooms, fireplace surrounds—and usable near hearths (installed beyond 30 cm from heat), the glossy, slightly crazed glaze enhances the vintage charm while requiring sealing to preserve its finish. Durable and decorative, this piece brings elegant architectural flair and a touch of London history to both traditional and contemporary British interiors.
