Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 is a fibre-reinforced, self-levelling compound designed for refurbishing floors in both commercial and residential settings. It smooths and levels depths from 3–40 mm in a single application and provides coverage of up to 6 m² per bag. Ideal for levelling interior surfaces such as concrete, screeds, stone, tiles, timber, and plywood in dry conditions, it serves as an excellent underlayment for tile, vinyl, wood, and carpet. It offers high load resistance, supports castor wheel traffic, and is compatible with underfloor and undertile heating systems.
