Product Description

UltraFloor Prime IT Multi-Surface Primer is a moisture-tolerant, water-based acrylic primer, sealer, and bonding aid for porous and non-porous substrates. Designed to enhance adhesion and reduce pinholing, it ensures optimal performance for UltraFloor smoothing underlayments. With coverage up to 200m² per 5L at 3:1 dilution, it can also be used as a curing agent. For porous surfaces, apply one coat at 3:1 dilution and a second at 1:1. For non-porous surfaces, apply one neat coat.
